Lounge out on one of the stylish leather couches or grab a seat on one of the hydraulic stools. Stream Hulu live free during your stay on the 55 in Roku Smart TV. Take pics with your friends in front of the grass wall, or maybe in the photo booth with a Colorado Mountain Backdrop. This home has endless opportunities for you to capture your vacation in Denver. The living area can accommodate anything from your typical smoke session to elaborate dinner parties.

The Bedrooms:

The Game Room has 6 spacious bedrooms. The first floor has 2 king bedrooms. The bottom floor has 4 bedrooms; 1 king room, 1 queen room, 1 bunk bedroom with 4 full-sized beds, and 1 double twin room. All beds provide a comfortable sleep with memory foam hybrid mattresses. Rest accrued that everyone in your group can have their own bed and rest well. Each bedroom is equipped with a 32’ TV featuring Hulu live tv, hangers, and laundry baskets. 4 out of 6 of the bedrooms have office desks in them as well. Privacy is key and guests will feel right at home in their own furnished bedroom.

The Bathrooms:

This home features 2 newly remodeled bathrooms, one on each level. The bathroom on the main level features marble tile, an led gold sink, and a brand-new bathtub/shower combination. The bathroom on the lower level features a dreamy stand-in tile shower. Each bathroom is equipped with a blow dryer, shower gel, shampoo, and more.

The Game Room:

Guests can entertain here with a fully equipped game room featuring a pool table, an Air hockey table, and 2 Aracde games. Your game room also has board games, playing cards, and more to challenge your friends and family to an awesome game night!

The Hot tub:

This home features a private enclosed area with a 5-seater hot tub. You can unwind under the stars and truly hit the reset button. Morning, night, summer, or wintertime, the hot tub provides year-round relaxation for guests.

The Parking:

While The Game Room property has a great location, parking is included free in your stay. There is ample on-street parking on both sides of the street in front of the house.
