The Kitchen

Bask in the warm Colorado sunlight that melts into the kitchen through the stunning skylight windows. You will feel right at home in the kitchen that is furnished with a stainless steel dishwasher, blender, microwave, coffee maker, and rustic tea kettle.

Here you can find a collection of spices and cooking essentials that can be used to make delicious home-cooked meals! There is a cozy dining space located in the kitchen where you can enjoy some of your favorite meals and munchies.

The Living Room

The living room has plenty of room to stretch out and chill with friends and family with an oversized sectional couch and additional futon for extra sleeping! We are proud to offer all the accessories needed to relax and can be found in the living room.

The Bedrooms

The home has 3 floors with 4 spacious bedrooms. Three of the bedrooms are located on the 2nd floor and the other is on the lower floor, where the theater area is. Each room is furnished with one queen-sized bed and has its own 32-in smart tv where you can stream using your own stream service. Two of the four bedrooms have a desk and chair, and all bedrooms have full-body mirrors.

The Bathrooms

There are two full bathrooms in the home! The marble tile shower walls give a contemporary vibe. One of the bathrooms is located on the upper floor, and the remaining is on the lower floor with the 4th bedroom and theater area.

The upstairs bathroom features a tub shower combination with a large vanity and lots of storage. The downstairs bathroom features a walk-in shower that has great water pressure for a steamy and relaxing shower. This bathroom is also where the washer/dryer is located. Minor toiletries included.

The Game Room/SunRoom

You will feel as if you are at an arcade with a fully stocked game room. There is a foosball and air hockey table for those who enjoy a fun match with friends and family, as well as a basketball hoop shoot game! There is also a Pac-Man arcade game that will bring you back to the 80s with its retro style and joystick controller. Board games are also provided. The game room is located in the sunroom where you will experience a lot of natural light brightening the mood as you play!

The Theatre Room

You will find the in-home theater area located on the bottom floor in this home. There are 6 electric brand new luxury reclining theater seats that you can curl up into while you watch one of your favorite movies on the giant 120in projector. 

There is a popcorn machine where you can pop up some warm buttery kernels to give you a nostalgic theater feeling without the crowded atmosphere that you get at a public theater. Elevate your game day plans and watch your favorite NFL, NBA, and NHL teams on the big screen in the theater!

The Hot Tub

The hot tub is located out back, along with a small patio set for hanging out. There are over 30 jets built into the hot tub, making it a great spot to kick back with a blunt after a fun day of Denver vacationing. The hot tub is equipped with a waterfall and party lights.

The Front Porch

The front porch is a charming spot to hang out for your morning coffee, or to spark up some high-quality Denver bud at the end of your day. The enticing oak deck is equipped with cozy patio furniture. There are two patio tables and 6 very nice patio rocking chairs, a fire pit, and a beautiful stone waterfall.
