The Kitchen

The kitchen is stunning with remarkable cabinets and marble countertops. The kitchen also features upgraded stainless steel appliances, a coffee maker, blender, toaster, rustic tea kettle and other cooking utensils and kitchen necessities.

The Lounge

The vaulted ceilings that surround the lounge are covered with beautiful windows that allow the brilliant Colorado sunlight to cascade into the open floor plan and illuminate the room. The Lounge is equipped with a pool table and a foosball table.

There is a hanging 50 inch smart tv located in the lounge where you can log in to your favorite streaming services, perfect for game day. Seating is ample as you’ll have a dining set, extra stools, and two reclining futons perfect for hosting guests during the day and doubling as another bed at night. In the lounge you will also find your accessories to relax

The Bedrooms

Just past the Lounge area, you will find two of the four bedrooms. The bedroom along the left hand side features a full size bunk bed setup while the bedroom along the right features two queen memory foam mattresses.

Both bedrooms downstairs feature a single memory foam queen mattress. The bunk bed room is perfect for hosting two couples or several children. In every bedroom there is a 32 inch Roku Smart Television. Great for watching sporting events!

The Theater Room

From the lounge, you can walk down the steps and enter the home theater with a 120-inch projector screen. The projector is set up with a Firestick! There are 6 brand new electric theater recliners with adjustable headrests along with a plush leather futon for extra seating.

The popcorn bar in the theater room is a great way to satiate your munchies with a popular movie-going snack! You will also find a dartboard where you can enjoy a friendly game of darts during a commercial break.

The Bathrooms

The first full bathroom is located off of the first two bedrooms near the living area. The other bathroom is near the remaining two bedrooms and has a high-pressure shower-head and plenty of complimentary toiletries.

The Backyard

Guests can host a backyard BBQ with the newly equipped NexGrill propane grill. Guests needs to either bring their own propane gas or utilize the Cynch application to place an order.  You can also find the hot tub in the backyard where you can spend an evening relaxing your muscles in steaming hot water. Other items included in the yard are a reclining tanning seat, table and chairs and a peach tree that you can enjoy when in season.
