The Kitchen

Indica at Shoshone has a beautifully remodeled kitchen with all new appliances. The open layout is perfect to host guests during your stay as the dining room adjoins the kitchen and living room. Guests only need to provide groceries when arriving, your kitchen comes fully stocked with pots, pans, glassware & dinnerware. Perfect for any chef to entertain during your stay.

The Living/ Dining Area

The living area is perfect for handling multiple guests. Lounge on either of the two stylish sleeper sofas while watching your favorite team. The room comes equipped with a 50′ flat-screen TV wherein you can use your own streaming service to watch. The dining room also ties into the living room nicely. Offering two dining tables and four benches. The area can accommodate anything from your typical smoke session to gameday events & more!

The Bedrooms

Indica at Shoshone features 5 bedrooms with 11 total beds. Two of the bedrooms are king-sized beds, and 2 bedrooms feature bunk beds in each room. The final room has a bunk bed and queen bed setup. The 1st floor has 2 bedrooms, one featuring a king-size mattress, the other has a queen and 2 full-sized mattresses. 

There are 3 bedrooms on the lower floor. One features a king bedroom, another is a double bunk bedroom. Each bunk has a full-size mattress. Lastly, the final room on the lower floor is a bunk bed, with 2 full-sized mattresses. This room also provides access to the laundry room. Each bedroom is equipped with a 32′ TV, hangers + laundry baskets. All bedrooms feature an office desk, & chair. Privacy is key & guests will feel right at home in their own furnished bedrooms.

The Bathrooms

Indica boasts 2 freshly renovated stylish bathrooms. The upstairs bathroom is a full bath. The downstairs bathroom features a walk-in shower. Guests can find hair dryers, lush towels, & shower accessories like shower gel & shampoo located in both bathrooms. Freshen up before you explore Denver in the upstairs or downstairs bathrooms.

The Theater Room

Guests can kick back, relax and enjoy the 6-seater theater room equipped with Hulu Live tv. Feel free to use the complimentary Hulu Live or sign into any of your streaming services! Fire up the popcorn machine to enjoy while watching the game or your favorite show. The room also features a massage chair to wind down after a long day of exploring Denver! Lastly, this room has two arcade games. Go head to head with your friends with the Pac-Man or Mortal Kombat arcade games!

The Outdoor Game Room

The outdoor game room features a few amenities to keep your group of any age range entertained! There’s a full-sized pool table, a beer pong table, an outdoor movie projector, and a patio couch. This space is perfect to entertain or wind down and relax!

The Backyard

Indica has a large private backyard. Offers a propane grill, 6 seater hot tub, a propane fire pit, and a tree swing. Guests needs to either bring their own propane gas or utilize the Cynch application to place an order.

Features Description

Indica has many amenities and is perfect for any spur-of-the-moment trip, kickback, family vacation, mental health retreat, etc. Our Shoshone location offers a more personal experience than booking with a hotel. The perfect getaway for small families/groups.

Getting Around

A car or rental car is recommended, however, Uber and Lyft to Downtown Denver, Red Rocks Amphitheater, Trails, and other entertainment are fairly reasonable in this area. Denver also has a light rail system you can take to get around town.
